All four attunements
Remove Hex
Holy Veil
Grasping Earth
Flare

Spam Flare like crazy.

you didnt really give your full build, how did you spend all your attribute points?
from what you did share it sounds rainbowish, why on earth would you want all 4 attunements??? and why focus on the elementalist line as a monk primary?
I dont see anything in your build that will actually help you defeat Doppleganger, flare spam wont do that and you pretty much have nothing else...
try with getting an actual build first...

the rest = junk enchants that he casts on himself
(nothing to heal himself with)

you ob flame him and use breeze when necessary

Please read before you post... There is a thread in here somewhere where someone posted a few builds usable to defeat doppleganger, in the same thread I gave a smiting build capable of defeating him in under 20 seconds.

I would just type the build, but I don't have time (sorry if I seemed rude initially)... Look up the build and you should be fine.

...You could try a variation of my smiting build and just use Fire Magic DoT AoEs on him (smiting is SoW + Balth Aura + Zealot's Fire + Spam of Prot Spirit and Reversal...works every time with Blessed Sig + Balth Spirit + Essence Bond + [the one that makes your enchantments last longer goes here]).

Fire would likely use Meteor Shower + Firestorm + Searing Heat (if you have energy for all 3, otherwise just Fstorm + Searing + Symbol of Wrath [only costs 5e])

rest in smiting
Make sure you DO NOT meet the damage requirments for your wand/staff

Bring:
Retribution
Reversal Of Fortune

It isnt exactly the fastest build in the world but it does get the job done.

Just use Retribution before you go in to fight him/her then use RoF every so often to keep your hp topped up. The trick to this build is that he deals good damage meaning Retribution works well against him, whilst you do low damage meaning his RoFs and Retribution do practically no damage to you at all!
